Find your local establishment of choice that is open for 24 hours and serves fluffy and filling waffles.

Get comfortable, because you’re gonna be here a while. Get a window table and once you are seated, your 24-hour timer begins. Make sure your Fantasy Loser sign is prominently displayed along with any additional humiliation paraphernalia prescribed by your league. You can also bring some supplies to help make the time go by faster, but that should be put to a proxy vote with your fantasy league. (Better hope they’ve got your back!)

Peruse the menu and start ordering waffles! The more waffles you eat, the sooner you hobble home. For every waffle you consume, an hour will be subtracted from your time – but be warned, waffles are very, very filling, so pace yourself (Note: Once the waffles go down your throat you’ve earned your hours… even if they make an unfortunate reappearance at some later time during your punishment.)

Lastly, don’t forget to tip your waiter(s) well!, giving them part of their tip upfront. Remember, you will be taking up one of their tables, which would have generated tips for them during their entire shift. So, be generous! They will be your biggest ally throughout the challenge.
