Step 1

The Loser must officially register for an upcoming Spartan Race or Tough Mudder within a reasonable distance — no "I couldn't find one" excuses.

Step 2

We highly encourage a “training montage” of their half-hearted attempts to prepare.

Step 3

The Loser must wear a league approved outfit as they get down and dirty with the lows of fantasy punishment

Step 4

No quitting halfway! They must slog, crawl, climb, and stumble through the entire course (even if it takes 6 hours and multiple snack breaks).
