Step 1

Place the dog cage in the middle of the entire league, preferably somewhere outside and make sure it has good lighting for photos and video.

Step 2

The Loser must enter the dog cage wearing whatever the league has decided they can wear.

Step 3

The Loser sits in the cage and takes their punishment like a good boy as every league member gets to cover them in one gross thing that they brought.
