Step 1

Buy the One Chip Challenge (available online or at select convenience stores).

Step 2

Set up filming. Must record or stream the full attempt—no cuts, no excuses, no “accidentally forgot to hit record.”

Step 3

Before consuming, the Loser must declare their fantasy sins to the camera (e.g., “I started Najee Harris every week, and I’m sorry.”)

Step 4

Eat the chip in one go—no breaking it up like a coward.

Step 5

Survive for five minutes without relief. No milk, no ice cream, no water for five full minutes (or longer, if your league demands it).
