Instructions

  • Step 1
    • Find a running track in your area, or identify a route where you can run your mile of hell.
  • Step 2
    • Arrive at your destination. Identify where each ¼ mile marker is, and have a league member stationed there to be ready to hand you your ice cold milk.
  • Step 3
    • Ready, set, go! But wait…you must drink your milk before you start moving those legs. Down pint/quart numero uno, and get moving!
  • Step 4
    • Drink a pint or quart of milk at the ¼. 1/2 , and ¾ mile markers.
  • Step 5
    • Do your best to keep it all down, all that up and down motion and chunky liquid are not going to get along well.
  • Ways to Spice it Up

The Loser becomes Santa Claus - as not only will they be having the milk at each ¼ mile, but they’ll also have to have two cookies at each stop.
