Set Up the Combine: The league sets up a DIY NFL Combine at a local park, gym, or even in someone’s backyard (we’re talking cones, weights, and a stopwatch). The loser will be timed, judged, and filmed as they attempt to show off their “skills.”

Determine the drills, we suggest:

• 40-Yard Dash: The loser sprints (or stumbles) down a 40-yard stretch, with someone timing them and plenty of trash talk.

• Bench Press: The loser hits the weights, and completes as many bench press reps as possible. The NFL uses 225 lbs, but we’ll let you drop down to 135 in this fantasy football punishment. Let’s hope you can even do that, otherwise it’ll just bench the bar.

• Cone Drills: Set up some cones for the loser to zig-zag through, testing their agility.

• Vertical Jump: The loser attempts to jump as high as possible, reaching for a vertical jump measurement. In all likelihood, they’ll barely leave the ground.

Have a league member capture footage for a highlight reel that the Loser will have to post to social media.

Edit the video and post to social – things like play-by-play commentary, slow-motion replays, and even blooper reels are encouraged.
