Step 3

Post on social media before the run begins, tagging your fantasy league and reminding everyone why you’re doing this.

Step 4

Run It in one go: No walking. No stopping. Clock starts when they begin and doesn’t stop until they’ve covered every inch of those near 19K yards.

Ways to Spice it Up

Require the Loser to run carrying a football the entire time.
If they stop running, restart the challenge. Emmitt Smith never took plays off — neither should they.
