Arrive early to check-in and begin warm-up / stretching routine
Start with some low weight, high-rep exercises to really get the blood flowing and a proper “pump”
Determine what poses you're going to strike during your time in the limelight. Practice makes perfect.
Make sure a couple of league members are there to document just how you’re stacking up the competition.
Bring your favorite cheat food for the post show meal and enjoy with your fellow competitors.
