The Loser must fill out the official paperwork to adopt a highway stretch in their name (or your league’s custom shameful name)

Once approved, the state will install a road sign with the Loser’s name (or whatever cruel team name you choose, like "Team Dumpster Fire 2024").

The Loser must personally perform the required cleanups — usually 2-4 times per year — and must provide photo proof each time they clean.

During cleanups, the Loser must wear a special shirt or vest announcing their fantasy failure.
